FACILITIES

The Goganes Guest House  has 124 sqm spread over two levels with 4 bedrooms. It accommodates up to 10 people.

DOWNSTAIRS...

  • A fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, a microwave and various small appliances (multi-function food processor, electric kettle, toaster, raclette appliance, dishcloths, etc.) 
  • A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board 
  • A living room of 42 m² whose table can receive up to 12 people, the lounge area has two sofas, two armchairs and a closed fireplace. 
  • A bathroom with bath and washbasin 
  • Separate toilets
  • A room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed of 140/190

UPSTAIRS...

  • A mezzanine used as a reading room filled with books and board games with a sofa bed of 140/190 
  • 3 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed of 140/190 and a single bed, a second with a double bed of 140/200 and the last one with a double bed of 140/200 including a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a washbasin 
  • Separate toilets

WHAT ELSE?

  • Free wifi
  • TV with satellite cable and a DVD player
  • Heating and domestic hot water are provided by a fuel oil fired boiler. Firewood available in the garage.
  • For moms, a cot, a highchair and a changing mat are available. Outside are a ping-pong table and a swing.
  • Sheets and other linens provided on request only.​

RATES

The Guest House is designed to accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented at the below rates: 
  • a full week (7 nights, from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 11am); 
  • some weekdays (2 to 5 nights from Sunday 7pm to Friday 11am), excluding French school holidays;
  • a weekend (2 to 4 nights, from the 1st day 5pm to the last day 11am*). ​
* If the last day is a Sunday, departure can be delayed up to 5pm.

The house is part of the Jubeaux hamlet in Denée, small village of character, 15 km away from Angers, and 1 hour 30 from the Atlantic coast. 
  • On the A87 motorway towards Cholet, take the last exit before toll road No. 23, direction Cholet. 
  • At the second roundabout, turn right towards Denée. 
  • In the village, turn right towards Murs-Erigné and then, at the exit, turn left towards "The Jubeaux 2.2 km".
  • Enter the village (The Jubeaux board) and keep driving up to House No. 17 on the left side. Here you are!
Note: The house is on a raised floor with a few steps and is unfortunately not accessible to people in wheelchairs.
